Power Personnel currently has hundreds of temporary staff working in The San Francisco Bay Area and are headquartered in the heart of San Jose. Power Personnel dedicates its resources to ascertain and understand the service needs of our clients and their orders. Our Leadership Team takes the time to conduct research and attend available client orientation sessions to ensure we have a full understanding of the important service requirements for the positions. After developing the knowledge of the important requirements for the position, we prepare screening tools to thoroughly screen and analyze the skill set, education, and professional demeanor of our candidates.
